Denny Triangle is home to many of Seattle’s great retailers, restaurants, hotels and luxury condominiums.  One recent development (2006) in the area is a three tower condominium project named 2200 Westlake which consists of luxury homes in an ideal location.  The three towers ARIA (18 stories), ARTE (15 stories), and AZUR (12 stories) take up a combined 550,000 sf and offer gorgeous condos complimented by amazing amenities.  Surrounding the towers are the Pan Pacific Hotel (providing some amenities), Whole Foods grocery and a Marazul, an Asian Latino restaurant.  The developers aimed to have an “everything at your fingertips” community, making easy living for its residents.  The buildings themselves have gorgeous artwork and interior designs in common areas, and unit interiors have hardwood-flooring, stainless steel appliances, and floor to ceiling windows to take in surrounding views.   Building amenities include a gym, rooftop terraces, lounge areas, guest suites, a theatre and sauna.  If you’re looking for a downtown Seattle condominium for sale, make sure to check out 2200 Westlake.

Escala

Escala

Escala Condominiums

One of the most luxurious condo buildings in the downtown area is 4th Avenue’s Escala. The 30-story, high-rise building was built in 2009. A combined project by Thoryk Architecture and Mulvaney G2 Architects, Escala has an exterior of concrete and glass housing 269 exquisitely designed units and common areas. Early this year, my associates and I were able to take a full tour of the building including multiple units (and different floor plans), the amenities, and even its private club called “Cielo”! I was absolutely in love with what I saw. The grand entryway has a wrought iron and stone stairwell to second floor amenities, while the first floor had a concierge desk (24/7), tiled floors and soaring columns. As we made our way through the amenities including a fitness center, spa, private theatre, wine cave, dog run and indoor pool, I was overwhelmed. When we toured the units, they were just as beautiful. Each featured partial-hardwood flooring, state of the art appliances, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering dramatic Seattle views. Homeowners also enjoy semi-private elevators, shared with only one other unit. Homes range in size from 950 square feet to nearly 2,500 square feet. These Seattle condominiums are truly beautiful and even Seattle native Tim Lincecum, pitcher for the San Francisco Giants agrees. This past weeknd, Lincecum purchased a $1.575 million, 2,400 sf condominium in the building. If you’re looking to purchase a Seattle luxury condo, look no further. Escala will welcome you home.
