Banner Building

Marselle Condominiums

The Marselle is a new development located in South Lake Union.  I’ve had the pleasure of touring a number of units in the building (located at 699 John Street) and they are pretty nice, to say the least.  The units are priced starting at about $220,000 for a studio and the largest unit is a three bedroom.  The units have the same features as most luxury condos in the Seattle area including hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  The best view from the Marselle is undoubtedly of the Space Needle, which is only a couple blocks away.  Residents enjoy a variety of amenities including an unmatched rooftop deck, a game room, fitness center, yoga studio and private storage. If you’re looking for a new, luxury condo for sale in an excellent Seattle location, check out the Marselle Condominiums.
